1. What information does Teemill Tech Ltd collect?

Teemill Tech Ltd is committed to delivering outstanding customer service to each and every customer. When visiting and purchasing from we collect two types of information about you. The first is called "Personally Identifiable Information" and the second "Non-Personally Identifiable Information" – we'll explain what these are in a bit, but more importantly is the reason why we collect this data: simply it's to help us provide you with the best possible customer service we can. Now for the legal stuff...

Personally Identifiable Information.

This refers to information that lets us know the specifics of who you are. We gather "Personal Information" when you order from us, or when you enter a competition or when you sign up to our newsletter. This information might include your name, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, product details etc. This information helps us to fulfil your orders and provide you with the best possible customer service.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We gather certain information about you based upon where you shop on our site in several ways. This information is compiled and analysed on both a personal and an aggregated basis. For example, this information may include the Web site's Uniform Resource Locator ("URL") that you just came from, which URL you next go to, what browser you are using, and your Internet Protocol ("IP") address. And now for some web terminology lingo breakdown. A URL is the global address of documents and other resources on the World Wide Web (i.e. how you find our webpage’s or documents online). An IP address is an identifier for a computer or device on a Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol ("TCP/IP") network, such as the World Wide Web. Networks like the Web use the TCP/IP protocol to route information based on the IP address of the destination. Okay, so in other words, an IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the web. This (indirectly) allows us (via our "web server") to locate and identify your computer – so we know which computer to send stuff to, allowing you to use the Internet, browse and shop.

2. Where do we collect information from you and how do we use it?

Our primary goal in collecting Personal Information is to provide our visitors with an excellent, personalised online experience. We use customer contact information to fulfil orders, to let you know the latest with your order (i.e. we've received your order – thanks! – or your order's on its way – it'll be with you soon!) and, sometimes, to send promotional information which we think you'll love, via email or text. This may happen if you've placed an order, signed up for a service and/or agreed to our terms and conditions, however you can opt out at any time using instructions sent in any communications, or by contacting us at any time to request removal from these services. Contact details are at the bottom of this email.

Data Protection

We value your privacy and respect the trust you put in us handling your data. We know that you care how information about you is used and shared and we appreciate your trust in us to do that carefully and sensibly. Occasionally we make our mailing list available to other carefully selected organisations whose products and services may be of interest to you. If you would prefer not to be included in such mailings, please write to the following address or call the number below:

3. How do we gather information?

We gather information in a few ways, some information you provide directly to us (e.g. your name and delivery address) and others we get from your computer, like most other sites on the net... keep reading to see how we do it and what we do with the information.

We collect IP addresses for the purposes for a few reasons as it can give us a good overview of our visitors. For example we use IPs to gather broad demographic information and to monitor the level of activity on our site (how many people are on the site, which pages are their favourites etc). We also collect information from visitors to our site regarding the URLs they came from (did you find us through Google or perhaps you typed in the address yourself); if you've come from someone else's site we look at their IP addresses to see where they are; we also look at the date and time of your visit and/or order, the number of visits and/or orders you make, the number of visits to different pages you make, the server type, the operating system, the browser type used to come to the site, the pages and page titles, whether you have certain things enabled on your computer (e.g. "Java" or "cookies" – we'll explain more later), the browser language (Bonjour! Hola!), applications and plug-ins, any search terms entered on our site... you see we look at a lot of boring stuff. But it all helps us to see what works and what doesn't. What can we improve to make things better for you, our visitor? What if we have lots of Spanish friends but our site is translated into Spanish – we could make them all happy if only we translated our site in to Spanish!

When you order from us, we collect "Personally Identifiable" information from you. If you order one of our products or services, we collect and maintain your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections, order number, referring URL, IP address (and a password if you choose to make an account during the checkout process!). We do this so that we can fulfil your order and let you know what's happening with it (we've received your order, it's on its way etc) and from time-to-time send you promotional materials – like our epic special offers.

Contests / competitions

When you enter a contest or other promotions, we may ask you for contact information - such as your name, address and e-mail address. We do this so that we can notify winners and get their prizes to them. When you enter a competition or contest you are giving us your consent to use and disclosure this information. We may use this information to send you information on other material we think you'll like (i.e. other promotions, or discount codes, or newsletters – but always from Custom T-Shirt Print.)

Newsletters & Promotional E-mails

We offer free newsletters and promotional e-mails as a service to our customers. We like to keep you informed and up to date with what's going on at Custom T-Shirt Print. As a young company, we're always developing, growing and coming up with new ideas. We want to share that with you. If you find yourself on the list, receiving these emails but you no longer want them (we're not sure why this would be the case, but no worries) you can unsubscribe at anytime using the links in the emails we send. Or you can just get in touch and let us know directly using the contact info on our site (and below). We'll then make sure we don't send you any more information.

Contact Information

If you contact or our customer service representatives by telephone, e-mail or letter, we may keep a record of your correspondence or comments. If you report a problem with our site, we may collect information (and store it in a file specific just for you – your own file at Rapanui!). If you contact us through our feedback area or by calling one of our customer service representatives, we may ask for your name, e-mail address and order information in order to get back to you, to send a reply or let you know we've fixed the issue you had.

"Cookies" are pretty important things to have on your computer. Without them you wouldn't be able to buy anything on our site. Put simply, cookies store information about your computer. Simple data and nothing intrusive, but it helps us know a little bit about you. Most importantly, you might say, it helps us to store the items you put in your cart. It remembers which product you want and what size and what colour. By using our site you agree to us using cookies. You can delete these cookies at any time by accessing your internet options. Don't worry we won't be offended. But you won't be able to buy stuff from our online store. There's more information cookies a little further down this exciting document.

4. How can you update or correct your Personally Identifiable Information?

You want to change, edit or remove your information? No worries. We believe you should have the ability to access and edit the personal information that you have provided to us whenever you want. During the online ordering process you can review, change, or delete the information that you have submitted. If your information changes for whatever reason (you moved, you changed your name), we think you should update it pronto (or promptly if we're in this serious part of the site). If you want to get rid of all the information we have that's fine, but there is one bit of information we need to hold on to: because we keep track of past purchases we cannot delete information associated with these. Also, as a security measure we "back up" the data stored on our systems, and we cannot guarantee such prior information cannot be completely removed from our databases. As a result, you should not expect that all of your Personally Identifiable Information will be completely removed from our backed-up databases. But if you tell us you never want us to contact you again we can let our systems know. That could just be by email. Or by post. Or telephone. Or all of it. Whichever way and for whatever reason, we will do everything we can to oblige.

5. What are your choices regarding collection, use, and distribution of your information?

We may from time to time send you e-mail or other communications (e.g. something in the post) regarding current promotions, special offers and new blog content and new products. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any newsletter you receive from us. After doing so, you will be "blacklisted" and will never receive future promotional emails – unless you open a new account, enter a contest, or sign up to receive newsletters or emails. If you do not wish to receive postal mailings you can opt out by contacting us and asking to be removed from our postal mailing list using the contact details in this document. Don't worry, we won't be offended. We'll just make sure not to contact you again. But we will miss you.

6. What security precautions are in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of your information?

All of the customer data we collect is stored in a password protected area and protected against unauthorised access by physical security means.

7. How does use cookies?

Okay so now we're going to explain more about cookies. But it is a little boring, so we'll try and explain it quickly and simply. Well as much as possible. A cookie is a small data text file, which a Web site stores on your computer's hard drive (if your Web browser permits) that can later be retrieved to identify you to Rapanui Clothing. When you use our site we will store cookies on your computer in order to facilitate and customise your use of our site. To do all this fun stuff we use two types of cookies: Session cookies; these are temporary cookies that remain in the cookie file of your browser until you leave the website. We use session cookies to allow you to carry information across pages of our website and avoid having to re-enter information, and to compile statistics that allow us to understand how users use our website and to help us improve the structure of our website (i.e. which items you added to cart, in what colour and what size). Persistent cookies; these remain in the cookie file of your browser for much longer (though how long will depend on the lifetime of the specific cookie). Our cookies store randomly assigned user identification numbers and the country where you are located. These types of cookies make your use of the site easier, allow you to retrieve an earlier shopping cart, make the site run more smoothly and help us to maintain a secure site. They are also used to store information in relation to our affiliate sites. An affiliate site is where a partner website places links to and is financially rewarded if you, the customer, make a purchase on

Disabling/Enabling Cookies
